Community Center Reservations


  • Reservations are accepted no less than 14 days in advance, no more than 6 months in advance
  • Select the Date - click Search Availability
  • Date resets to current date upon any change
  • Centers are rented only once per day. Select total time to include set up/ breakdown time
  • Please visit the center prior to booking a reservation; refunds not be allowed as centers are reserved 'As Is'


Upon submittal of reservation, a JaxParks staff will review application and respond within 48-72 business hours with additional information required, if applicable, or a FIRM RESERVATION receipt.

  • Fees:
  • $25.00 per hour per COJ Worker* plus applicable sales tax. 4 hour minimum
  • $50.00 Clean Up Fee ($100.00 Clean Up fee for Legends Community Room) plus applicable sales tax
  • *Two COJ workers ($50.00 per hour) required for Lane Wiley Senior Center, Mary Singleton Senior Center, Legends Center, any event including attendance of 125 or more guests, or as determined by management


    • No refunds for cancelations within 48 hours

    **If Tax Exempt, contact center PRIOR to reservation with certificate. Refunds will not be offered after reservation is made**
